I woke up on a Saturday morning to discover I had no water. I left a voicemail message with Bisidas because they dug my well & installed my pump 10 years ago. While I crossed my fingers and hoped to hear back from them, I fully expected to be without water until Monday. So I was thrilled when Rodney called and said he was on his way. Quick fix, and no weekend upcharge, which I would have happily paid, but that wasn't the case.
